14. Evidence of Communication with Cast and Crew

Updated: Apr 2

Similar to our preliminary, I created a group chat with Haseeb and Abu Bakr, our main actors and friends who would be helping us in the filming process. I also added Fatima, my friend whose house we will be using, along with two additional friends who will also be acting. My friend, Meniha (therapist) was contacted privately.

After creating the group chat, I took full responsibility for communication. The day before the shoot, I sent the actors a message with details about their outfits and the location.

More details that I sent:

Aisha sent the actors the list of shots we planned to take and also informed them that the fake blood would be sticky, adding a humorous comment to lighten the mood.

I reminded the actors about the shoot, especially Nourzia, since it was his first and only day of filming. I informed him of the arrival time, outfit, and confirmed he didn’t need makeup. I also explained the hospital rules to all actors to ensure everyone was prepared.

Overall, the conversations were quite limited, and everything was fairly straightforward. Each of the two main actors required only one outfit, and since there weren’t many actors involved, the process remained simple. Mustafa, Nouraiz, and Meniha had one shot each also in the same outfit. There was no major miscommunication, and things went smoothly.
